Hyundai Fast Facts
Hyundai Motor Group is a South Korean automobile company comprised of Hyundai and Kia, a 32.8% owned subsidiary. Hyundai operates the world's largest integrated automobile manufacturing facility, which has an annual production capacity of 1.6 million units, in Ulsan, South Korea. Hyundai began selling cars in the United States in 1986 with a single model, the Hyundai Excel. That year, Hyundai sold the most automobiles in its first year of business in the United States than any other car brand, setting a new record with sales of 168,882 cars.
Hyundai’s current product line features compacts (Accent, Elantra, Veloster), sedans (Sonata, Azera, Tucson), and crossovers (Tucson, Santa Fe, Genesis, Equus). Many models include LED accent lighting with projector headlights. Why not upgrade those halogens with LEDs? The difference will amaze you.
