The product seems nice and sturdy but mine arrived with several scratches and gouges. Hard to tell if it was from shipping or the packaging process. I contacted LED and they said to just paint over the scratches. Sorry, but I paid $500 for a rack, not the most expensive, but it’s still $500. I expect the product to arrive new or be replaced with a new one if the one received is damaged. It seems like I’m stuck with this one, so the only thing I can do now is leave this review and not purchase from them anymore. Good luck to those in the fence, I hope you receive your product damage free.
The rack is built well, looks great. Fits on the 2018 JL 4-door Rubicon Jeep. It took a little bit to put it together, because there were no instructions in the box, and nothing on LED website, that I could find, or even on You Tube. I called and could not get past the automated answering serve. I was a little frustrated about that, but common sense and mechanical effort made it happen. The one thing that I would like to see, is a half or a full rail system that would attach to the platform. That would look really good. The rack is awesome.

What can I say? This roof rack is strong...It's well built...and very easy to install. I wasn't sure how this would look on the Jeep. I can honestly say, I love the way it makes it look! This arrived at my house a day ahead of schedule and I had it assembled and installed in less than 15 minutes.
