Razor Luggage Tour Pack for a Harley

Not so much a review, as it is a question for you?
Whats the Difference in mounting it to a 2014 and UP or mounting it to a 2010?
It's just being mounted to a Frame...not to the actual Bike.
Any Mounting Frame, should be able to be used on this Razor?!
Has nothing to do with the Year of the Bike.
Second question: Can you buy a "BACK" Pad for this Razor.
Most aftermarket Razors come with a Pad, for the Passengers Back.
Aside, from those questions.....Looks Great....with a Great price!

Lost order

Placed a order. Got order confirmation. No tracking number. No order. Called numerous times. Only to get no call back. Or even talk to someone. Just leave a message they say.
Tried numerous times to email.
This company doesn't like talking with customers. Just take your money then you wait and wonder. If it was on back order. I'd be happy to hear that. Not knowing is not good.
Will I come to this company.
